Get Real is for you and about you.

Have you ever had the experience where you were about to see a really good movie (suspense or drama)… you were filled with anticipation yet you knew that you were safe in your seat.  Well, Get Real is like that times 100. You will be safe. Yet you will be asked to “get out there” and stretch – much more than just “watching” from your seat. 

By creating a space that is fundamentally safe, Jane and Brad use that trust to both champion and challenge you to find your learning and growing edges. Because of what gets created in the moment at these edges, the whole group helps propel each other to get real. What’s created is authentic personal growth that sustains itself long after the workshop is over.

I discovered during the workshop that the “gremlin” I am fighting is internal, not external...as I was thinking all my life. The second I realized that, I decided to leave that old country belief behind and promised myself not to fight that "gremlin" but accept it and work with it instead.

Then I put it to practical use.  I showed up so different with my husband during a disagreement that we left the encounter in each other’s arms full of hope. And that was a true miracle because we had the most peaceful time together that day in years!  In the past we would have long, frustrated conversation without any good fruitful result with the emotional bad residue dragging on for days in our lives.

My husband, Chris, and I attended one of your “get real/get unstuck” workshops.  For both of us it was very helpful, and we actually got energized and unstuck.  Chris actually started looking for work!!!!  After 6 years of hiding..he is farther along than he ever was.  I also got out and did some marketing for my catering/event management firm and have actually had to turn down two pieces of business.
